Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and how to get it back or deleted.

Who we are

This website is operated by Vivo IPTV. We sell IPTV subscriptions directly to the people who use the service, and we answer our own support messages.

If you need to reach us about anything on this page, use the contact details on our Contact page or email support@vivoiptv.com.

What we collect

We only collect what the site genuinely needs:

  • Messages you send us. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, the subject you choose and your message. These are emailed to us so we can reply.
  • Usage data. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. This is analytics only — we do not use it to build an advertising profile of you.
  • Live chat. If you start a chat with our support widget, Tawk.to provides that chat. It may record the conversation so we can see it afterwards.
  • Messages you send us directly. If you contact us through WhatsApp or Telegram, that conversation is held in those services' systems, governed by their own privacy policies.

What we do NOT collect

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever.
  • We do not ask for payment card details through this website. Payments are handled separately and we never see your card number.
  • We do not ask for your national ID, passport or date of birth.

Cookies

This site sets cookies for analytics and live chat. Google Analytics uses cookies named _ga and _ga_*. Tawk.to sets its own cookies for the chat widget.

These are not used to show you advertising and they are not shared with advertisers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work — the live chat may stop working, but everything else is fine.

How long we keep things

Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep a record of any problem you reported. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics in line with its own default settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are in the EU, the UK, or another country with similar rules, these rights apply to you.

To make any of these requests, email support@vivoiptv.com and we will deal with it. We do not charge for this and we do not require a reason.

Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Third-party services

We use Google Analytics (Google), Tawk.to (live chat), WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram. Each of them processes data under their own privacy policy, which you can read on their own websites.

Changes to this policy
