Vivo IPTV is a media-streaming platform and does not host, store, or transmit any audio, video, or other copyrighted content itself. All content is streamed from third-party sources. We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond to clear, valid notices of alleged infringement submitted under the DMCA.
1. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that material available through the Vivo IPTV service infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a written notification. To be effective, your notice must include substantially the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with reasonably sufficient detail to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Counter-Notification
If you believe material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
3. Submit Your Notice

4. Please Note
Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a notification or counter-notification may be liable for damages. Before filing a notice, please consider whether the use of the material is a "fair use". We may share a copy of your notice with the affected third party or publish excerpts. If we receive no valid notice, or a valid counter-notification, the material may be reinstated in accordance with applicable law.
